Chalet Hosts

The Family Friendly Skiing personal touch extends to our chalets and chalet staff. We aim to provide the type of chalet ambience typical of family holidays, warm, friendly and helpful. During your stay the chalet staff will cook, clean and care for you, providing a varied breakfast - including a hot and cold choice each day, high tea at around 5.00pm and an early meal for our younger guests.

The ingredients of a great chalet holiday vary from group to group but one common denominator, after a hard day on the hill is relaxing with friends around the dinner table and enjoying one of our imaginatively prepared three course meals served with local house wine, coffee and mints.

MENU

BREAKFAST
Start the day with a good breakfast of cereal or porridge, orange juice, fresh bread, preserves, tea or coffee, followed by a "hot choice" of the day, including eggs, beans, and old favourites like eggy bread.

AFTERNOON
Help yourself to a welcome treat of home made cakes, fresh bread, preserves, tea and coffee.

DINNER
One of the highlights of the day, dinner is a delicious and varied three course meal, including Savoyarde specials such as Pierrade, traditional roasts and exotic Orientals.  Our younger guests dine earlier (around 5:30 p.m.).  On the staff day off, breakfast and afternoon tea will be left out for you, and for that evening, Tony and Julie will be happy to suggest a local restaurant to suit your needs.
