"Dear Tony Julie Suzz Katie Ashley and co,
just wanted to say thank you for 2 wonderful holidays. Our week in January was so special not just because of the perfect skiing conditions, but because the chalet was run so very efficiently by Blair and Amelia. They made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived (early!) and bent over backwards to accommodate the various food issues in our party. The service was as usual amazing, the food fantastic (5 or 6 courses!) and the chalet immaculate.
Lucky me - managed a mercy dash for a further 3 and half days glorious skiing - this time at the Telemark Hotel. The staff there are brilliant - Katie and Ashley so very attentive - I can recommend it as a Coeliac-friendly venue on behalf of Sarah, and the friendly restaurant staff were all superb. I thought the room was clean, beds comfortable - loved the underfloor heating in the shower room and there was ample space for clothes and clobber. You truly have a very "family-friendly" set-up - but you don't necessarily have to ski as a family to benefit from it. The Telemark has given the flexibility of odd days here and there, but lost none of the personal chalet-style touch, and the food was delicious.
I cannot recommend you highly enough - I do try all the time! The fact that we have been returning year on year now for 17 years is testament enough.
We are seriously looking to visiting again in the summer - perhaps not this year, but can recommend the mountains, Chalet Nicole or Telemark to all and sundry. There is masses to do activity-wise in glorious scenery, and it is great to see the area in such a different light."

After all the trouble with the money transfer, we really did get a wonderful vacation in La Tania, the house was wonderful, just perfect for us, we did get best service we ever could wish for, transfer, ski rental, ski passes and what ever we could think of.
But what made or stayed to the best ski holiday ever, after 10 years in different places in the alps, was our hosts Chris and Annie. Their baking, cooking and friendly treatment made this week to the absolute top of our travelling history.
I can ensure you that we will return, if not next year, in a very soon future.

"What we really like about FFS:
1. Other than flights (which we are more than happy to arrange as it gives us all flexibility), everything is taken care of
- transfers, accom, childcare, ski pack and lift passes.
2. Ski packs - fantastic to just wander up road at a convenient time for ski and boot fit
- with no queuing !! - fab - and kit collected at end of week J
Kit good quality as always. Lift passes delivered also fab.
Both these mean we can get going early on first day and hit the slopes."

"Now that we are safely home I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at the Telemark for all their help over the week. We had a fab holiday and although it was uber cold we had a great time. Everybody was super friendly and really helpful, the food was great and the effort the chef made for the kids was really appreciated.

Telemark
"I just wanted to send you a
quick email to say that we all had another brilliant holiday with Family
Friendly Skiing. We all had a great time, the snow was fantastic and the
kids were very happy too.
Our chalet hosts, Sian and Simon were fantastic and were so helpful.
Great food too- Sian should write a book!
What really made my holiday was the Lucy, our nanny. She was just so
lovely and perfect with Esme and Freddie. This was the first time that I
had used childcare and I had been slightly anxious about it .As soon as
I met Lucy, I knew everything would be fine. Both kids loved her and I
was able to do as much skiing as I wanted."

"Hi Suzz, we had a fantastic holiday and thanks for arranging the powder day for our last day!
Chris & Annie were just brilliant, they put so much effort and thought in to the menu and presented the food so beautifully, it was excellent.
But to be honest it was Naz and Lucy who made our holiday, without them looking after Saskia so well we wouldn't have had such a good holiday. They really put time and thought in to what they did with the children each day, the little catapillers they put up each day to show us when Saskia had slept, what she had eaten and when they changed her nappy were great in helping us know what she needed when we came home. The trips to the softplay, up in the bubble and the horse & carriage ride were fantastic additions to her care. And! we loved the fact that they put effort in to making a little book for us to take home as a momento of her holiday including the caterpillars, her hand paintings and making a special front cover for it. They are a credit to the company and of course being 'Family Friendly Skiing' are the lynchpin to your returning Guests which is what we very much hope to be. I have also recommended the company to several of my friends with children.."

"We have just returned from our fantastic trip to La Tania, and really enjoyed our stay in Chalet Danielle. Many thanks for
booking our ski lessons with ESF - the instructors were super, and we were lucky
enough to have great weather conditions too! Blaire and Amelia were lovely hosts in the chalet and went out their way to help us with all sorts of things, and Hannah and Laura looked after the kids so well.
We are even considering coming back next January (2013) for 2 weeks ..."

"...... how lovely our holiday was - that the hosts (the Kiwis) were really welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, and also a thank you to you and Alan.
I must admit I was a bit hesitant at hiring skis with yourselves, as had a thought that there wouldn't be much choice, but I was wrong, all boys had brand new twin tips - which was a big deal to them! It was amazing that Alan came round regularly to see if we were happy with them. - This service we all said was particularly good.
I really have no complaints at all! ( I have been recommending to lots of
