About Our Staff

We are looking to recruit hard-working, well-motivated couples or individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities.
With about 75% of our clients returning year on year, we recognise that the quality of our staff is paramount to our success as a company; as such we offer all our staff the following package:

In Resort

We pride ourselves on being a caring family company; this care extends to our staff as well as our clients, hence once the season is up and running, as a member of our staff we will ensure that you have plenty of ski/boarding time, including lessons if you so wish. With a resort staff of about 18, we encourage you all to work together to support and positively promote our company whilst still having plenty of time to socialize and have fun together. With this in mind, several social events are organised for your enjoyment throughout the season, ranging from piste picnics to guided tours around the mountain, barbecues and of course the end of season bash!

Ski-tech:
To apply for this position you will ideally be over 20 years of age and you must hold a clean driving licence. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to work with two other members of staff in the areas:
-ski fitting and maintenance of stock
-handyman duties around our 4 chalets
-airport transfers
-occasionally driving our guests to their ski lessons
-some social skiing with our guests
A certain level and knowledge of skiing is preferable, along with plenty of common sense and self-motivation. 

 

 
Chef/Chalet Host:
We are looking for qualified or experienced couples or individuals to act as hosts/chefs in our 16/18 bed chalets in La Tania, Courchevel. You will be required to cook and serve breakfast, high tea and a 3-course dinner for our guests as well as keeping the chalet clean and tidy throughout.
Hard-working and well-motivated couples/individuals with friendly, outgoing personalities would fit perfectly into our team. 

 

 
Nanny:
We are currently seeking qualified nannies (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to work in our chalet creches. Ideally you will have at least one years experience either as a private nanny or in a nursery and be in possession of an up-to-date police check form.
A typical day will start at 8:45 and finish at 5:00pm and be 5 and a half days a week (1 and a half days off minimum per week). You will be expected to:
-create a safe, fun environment and organise a variety of interesting indoor and outdoor play activities
-prepare mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks and light lunches for the children
-take and collect older children from ski school
-babysit 1 night a week for our guests on the chalet hosts night off
